Elseri Ltd established in 2003 as a crewing company, we are certified by the Georgian Maritime Authority. Our office is located in Batumi, one of the port in Georgia, traditional home city of many seamen. Our activity is managed by Managing Director, Mentor, Crew Manager, Assistant Manager, Lawyer. ELSERI Ltd is dedicated for serving different companies worldwide. We are able to find seamen with the appropriate qualifications. We have extensive databases of Georgian seamen. 90% of these seamen have prior experience working for international ship-owners. We are able to fulfill requests for officers and ratings (Also deck and engine Cadets). All of our candidates have been educated at the two well known local Batumi Maritime Academy and Maritime Training Center. Their certificates and licenses are in accordance with S.T.C.W.95 and other relevant International Regulations.
